South Tyneside Council (St Aloysius View, Hebburn) Order 2024
South Tyneside Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.
The effect of the Order will be to amend the current no waiting and no loading or unloading at any time on St Aloysius View, Hebburn north-west side by 5 metres.
The new restriction will be from its junction with Station Road in a southerly direction to a point 15 metres south of its junction with Marina View, including both sides of the exit access.
The Order will also amend the current no waiting at any time on St Aloysius View, Hebburn south-east side by 39 metres.
The new restriction will be from its junction with Station road in a southerly direction for a distance of 70 metres, including both sides of the entry access.
Full details of these proposals are contained in the draft order which, together with a plan showing the lengths of road affected and a statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be inspected from Monday to Friday during normal office hours at the Town Hall at the address below.
