Notice of proposed tree removal - Palmer Crescent, Hebburn
Location of tree(s) to be removed
One maple tree in public highway to the front of 30 Palmer Crescent, Hebburn.
Reason for removal
After an initial visual tree inspection and then a further Highway inspection, the difficult decision has been made to remove this semi-mature maple tree (nr. 2754).
Due to the growth rate of tree, it is no long viable to retain the tree at this location.
The Council considers there are no sustainable long-term engineering or tree management solutions available as an alternative to removing the tree.
