Overview

We are constantly reviewing how we are performing, especially in relation to what we plan to achieve as part of our vision and strategy.
Our quarterly performance reports tell you how we are performing against key performance indicators and provide an update on key projects we're working on.
We also produce an annual review of the 3 year strategy and progress against our five Ambitions.
The latest version of this review was published in January 2024, see Annual Report 2023.
