Their services range from domestic assistance to 24 / 7 care services, and they aim to provide high quality care services to support people live independently in their own homes.
They have a dedicated South Tyneside Mobilisation Team to make sure a seamless transition of care services.

Anyone with home care needs.
How to access the service
The agency provides a service for people who:
- live in Horsley Hill, Whitburn or Cleadon
- have been assessed by Adult Social Care
- meet the national eligibility criteria
If the person does not meet the national eligibility criteria, the agency can provide a service to support the person with daily living tasks by private arrangement. This service would be funded by the person.
