We're part of Foster with North East
Foster with North East is a new collaborative partnership with South Tyneside Council and the 11 other Councils in the North East.
The aim of Foster with North East is to help recruit foster carers and provide support for them.

Private fostering
Private fostering is when a child under 16 years old (or 18 if they have a disability) is living and being cared for by someone who is not a close relative or parent for more than 28 days.
These arrangements are made privately and informally.
