South Tyneside Council is currently in the process of developing its Local Plan. To support this process, the Council requires independent viability testing of its policies to ensure deliverability.
This document contains appendices 1 to 9.
This document was developed as part of the draft (Regulation 18) Local Plan.
A revised draft Local Plan (Regulation 19) has since been produced, along with revised viability testing. This was published in January 2024. For more information, please see Local Plan.
