Places of Welcome+ incorporating CMA Connect is designed to tackle loneliness and isolation in South Tyneside and provide free debt advice and help with money via Community Money Advice.

The organisation offers free help with debt as well as Money Mentors, Budget Coaching and Mental Health First Aid trained volunteers.

How to access the service

Places of Welcome+ offers a series of drop in sessions which can be found from 11am -1pm at:

Mondays - Action Station, Boldon Lane, South Shields

Tuesdays - St Peter's, York Avenue, Jarrow

Wednesdays - St Simon's, Wenlock Road, Simonside

Thursdays - St John the Baptist, Nairn Street, Scotch Estate

Babies and children welcome, with highchairs and changing facilities at all locations
