Overview

Arts 4 Wellbeing is a community arts and wellbeing day opportunity service which offers therapeutic artistic and creative opportunities for adults with mental health issues, learning disabilities and/or physical disabilities, and those at risk of developing mental health issues or a feeling of isolation.

All sessions focus on unblocking the ability of individuals rather than using their disabilities as a barrier.

Members are also encouraged to express their feelings and needs using performing arts such as drama, singing and dance.
