Mayor's Award
The Mayors Award is a four part, locally recognised award that is sometimes referred to as the mini DofE Award.
It follows the same four themes as a full Duke of Edinburgh's Award; skill, physical volunteering and expedition at Bronze, Silver and Gold levels.
This award is ideal for those wishing to use it as a stepping stone onto their Bronze DofE award.
Just like the DofE, you will need to complete a minimum of 1 hour per week for each of the 3 sections.
For a list of local contacts who deliver the Mayors Award, please email info@simonsideoutdooradventure.com.
There is a small charge of £5 to register, which covers the cost of your handbook and certification for all three levels.
