South Tyneside Council (Rear Borough Road/Prince Edward Road, South Shields) Order 2024
South Tyneside Council proposes to make an Order under Section 1 of and Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.
The effect of the Order will be to introduce:
- one way street on Rear Borough Road/Prince Edward Road in a westwards direction
- no entry restriction on Borough Road into Rear Borough Road/Prince Edward Road, South Shields
Full details of these proposals are contained in the draft order which, together with a plan showing the lengths of road affected and a statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be inspected from Monday to Friday during normal office hours at the Town Hall at the address below.
