East Boldon Neighbourhood Forum: Application for forum designation (2018)
In September 2017, South Tyneside Council received an application from East Boldon Neighbourhood Forum to be designated as a Neighbourhood Forum.
The applications were considered to satisfy the legal requirements and were publicised for a period of 6 weeks (11 October 2017 to 22 November 2017).

The East Boldon Neighbourhood Forum was formally designated in January 2018 for the purposes of the local community carrying out neighbourhood planning activities in the East Boldon area of South Tyneside.
The East Boldon Neighbourhood Forum was re-designated in January 2023.
Designation lasts for five years.
