Overview
The British Heart Foundation are a charity whose vision is a world where people do not die prematurely through heart disease.
They hope to achieve this through research, prevention activity and care and support for anyone living with heart disease.
Support available
South Tyneside Heart Support Group
The South Tyneside Heart Support Group meet on Fridays at 5 - 6pm at South Tyneside District Hospital.
Sessions consist of various exercises and are supervised by a Cardiac Nurse.
