This training is designed to immerse you in tranquillity, demonstrating the effect of environmental factors and to improve the lives of children and young people impacted by anxiety. 

• Improved understanding of anxiety and different anxiety diagnosis  
• Increased understanding of the effects of anxiety 
• Develop strategies and techniques to manage anxiety within the classroom 
• have improved understanding of safe spaces
